These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," "your") and richph ("richph," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the website at richph.asia and all associated products, services, games, and promotional offerings (collectively, the "Platform").

All transactions on the richph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). richph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds are displayed in your richph account dashboard.
Deposits are credited to your richph wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. richph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system downtime, or network interruptions outside richph's control.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, richph's total liability to any Player arising from or in connection with the Platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — is limited to the total amount deposited by that Player into their richph wallet in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
